Unfortunately pets are not allowed on property. ADA Certified Service Animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
Smoking of any kind is strictly forbidden in or around rooms or the lobby. Evidence of smoke will incur an addition $250 cleaning fee. Smoking cigarettes and vapes is allowed by the smoke pit but smoking Marijuana is strictly forbidden on the property.
We do not offer breakfast onsite; however we have Keurig Coffee Makers and coffee pods available in each room!
Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and our standard check-out time is 10 am. We are always willing to try to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs but we can't guarantee it every time.
When booking our standard rate, you are allowed to cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled trip. Cancellations must be received by 4 PM Mountain Standard Time at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date or you will be subject to charges for your stay.
When booking our non-refundable rate, we unfortunately don't offer cancellations at any time.
If you made your reservation for our Durango lodging accommodations through a third-party website, you must cancel your reservation through that website and obtain their cancellation number.
